Regional Marketing Coordinator

This position will be responsible for the marketing initiatives in Colorado, Arizona and Illinois


  • Regional business development and outreach:
  • Build partnerships and relationships with local businesses, physicians and specialist groups
  • Proactively make 50+ outbound calls a day to drive awareness and make contacts following prescribed messaging and tactics
  • Coordinate clinicalmeetings with said contacts for Regional Managers across multiple territories

Manage, prepare and execute industry and community events across multiple territories including but not limited to:

  • Confirming and booking venues
  • Set-up and tear down of each event
  • Staffing
  • Equipment and promotional items
  • Promotion of event via social media, e-newsletters & in-person outreach
  • Provide thorough reports of territory progress on a regular basis to Marketing Manager and Regional Managers
  • Manage social calendar and actively contribute to social pages across multiple territories
  • Develop effective email campaigns and analyze and report on said campaigns

This position requires the employee to drive routinely on company business. To be eligible for this position, the applicant must have a verified drivers license.

Experience Required

  • 2-3 years sales/business development/marketing experience is an asset
  • Proven track record of cold calling and new business generation
  • Creating and posting content across multiple social media platforms and managing a social calendar
  • Executing regional marketing/business development campaigns

Skills Required

  • Ability and willingness to drive long distances
  • Must have a verified drivers license
  • Charismatic and outgoing personality with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Energetic self-starter
  • Comfortable making cold calls and striking up conversations in new settings
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • An idea person who is a strategic thinker and results oriented
  • Organized with excellent time-management skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in health care considered an asset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
  • Experience with social media management platforms including Buffer and Hootsuite
  • Experience with WordPress is an asset
