  • Autism with Self-Injurious or Aggressive Behavior
  • Cancer
  • Decompensated Cirrhosis
  • Glaucoma
  • Hepatitis C
  • HIV/AIDS
  • Intractable Epilepsy
  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
  • Severe or persistent muscle spasms, including those characteristic of Multiple Sclerosis
  • Terminal Illness
